The LAS conference in Zurich offers practitioners of Scrum, Lean & Agile Development and related disciplines,
a forum for learning and experience. As a community event with an attractive price / performance ratio, the
conference is open to a broad spectrum of interested persons. We, the group "Lean, Agile & Scrum" of SwissICT
want to build a bridge between managers, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers to the views
of management and project staff closer together.
The conference
begins with a public event with Henrik Kniberg in the morning, the
"Scrum Breakfast". Then follows the paid part of the conference from 10:00 starting with
tutorials to SCRUM and Lean.
The afternoon
starts with a keynote by Mary & Tom Poppendieck, it closed with six
workshops in three parallel tracks. The Keynote Speakers Mary & Tom Poppendieck and
Henrik Kniberg will offer a workshop for a limited group of
participants on "Value Stream Mapping".
The conclusion
of the event is a "World Cafe" as a space for exchanging experiences and summarizing the lessons of the
experience.
