Die Lean Agile Scrum Konferenz in Zürich fand im Jahr 2011 zum dritten Mal statt. Als Community Anlass - organisiert durch die Fachgruppe "Lean, Agile & Scrum" der SwissICT und unterstützt durch unsere Sponsoren - bietet sie ein interessantes Programm von praxis-nahen Workshops und Vorträgen um den Erfahrungsaustausch innerhalb der Community zu fördern und Brücken zwischen CxO, Managern, Projektleitern, Business Analysten, Entwicklern und Testern zu bauen. Die Konferenz begann um 08.30 Uhr als frei zugänglicher Anlass mit einer Keynote von Steve Denning. Darauf folgte ab 10.00 Uhr der kostenpflichtige Teil der Konferenz mit 4 Tutorials (90 Minuten). Der Nachmittag startete mit einer Keynote von David J. Anderson, daran schliessen acht Sessions (45 Minuten) in vier parallelen Tracks an. Das Programm wurde durch durch Apéro und Networking abgerundet. Wir danken allen Refernten und Teilnehmern, dass ihr diesen Anlass möglich gemacht habt! The Lean Agile Scrum Conference in Zurich was being held for the third time in 2011. As a community event organized by the SwissICT Special Interest Group "Lean, Agile & Scrum" and supported by our Sponsors, the conference offered an interesting Program of hands-on Workshops and Talks to encourage the exchange of information am among all members of the community: C-Suite Managers, Project Leaders and Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Testers. The Conference began at 08.30am with free a entrance event: Keynote Speaker Steve Denning on 'Making the entire organization agile'.The paid admission part of the conference started at 10.00 am with a choice of 90 minute tutorials. The afternoon started with a keynote by David J. Anderson on Kanban, "A Counter-intuitive Approach to Creating a Lean Technology Organization." Eight Sessions (45 Minuten) in four parallel Tracks round out the afternoon. We closed the Program with a reception and quality networking time. It was fun to have you all there!
